About Inclusion North

Inclusion North works in Yorkshire, Humber and the North East to promote Inclusion for people with learning disabilities, their families and carers.

Inclusion North CiC is a not for profit membership organisation; Partnership Boards are members and pay money each year to get help and support in their area.

How we are managed

We have a board of Directors made up of people with learning disabilities, their families, carers and professionals who make sure that Inclusion North CiC follows the law and does everything that it set out to do to support Partnership Boards.

These Directors are helped by an Advisory Council, a group of people with learning disabilities, families, carers, people that work with learning disability Partnership Boards and people from other organisations.

The Advisory Council says what work needs to happen to make things better for people with learning disabilities and check that the work we do is good.
